of Sea Cell Containers, which are the latest additions
to our container Fleet. Sea Cells will specially
benefit the LCL and PALLETISED trade thus enabling
customers to maximize internal cubic space utilization.

Unlike conventional dry freight boxes, Sea Cell’s
unique Sidewall corrugation extends beyond the
frame width, and is Designed to allow Sea Cells
to be located side by side with other Sea Cells
or standard ISO boxes even on the tightest 25mm
deck locations. Sea Cell can accommodate more
pallets, give more cubic capacity and more payload
per movement than standard units, which benefits
shippers and forwarders alike with reduced transportation
costs.

handling agents and sole logistics provider for
the much-publicized Port call of "INS
Tarangini". It is a Naval sail ship
that belongs to the Indian Navy, which provides
training facilities for officer cadets of the
Indian Navy and other Navies.

which ranged from providing special cakes
to Ice carvings for the onboard cocktail
party held on 17th April 2004. Our tasks
included even arranging haircuts for the

Clarion
celebrated Avurudu in style! Starting early
on the 6th, 7th, 8th and after Avurudu on
the 14th and 15th every body that dropped
by was invited to enjoy ....kiribath

and sweets.The counter staff was dressed
in traditional attire to match the festive
mood! Further Clarion has newly renovated
the lobby area for the convenience and comfort
of our valued customers. The fully air conditioned
lobby area is equipped with a TV, for the
viewing pleasure of our customers during
their visit to Clarion. In addition our
customers are free to enjoy a cup of Nescafe
while they wait! At the end of their visit
our customers are encouraged to drop in
any suggestions or complaints in the suggestion
box located in the lobby.

ALL
staff at Clarion Shipping went on out bound training
to Belihuloya on the 20th and the 21st of March
2004.

The management training we got in the wilderness
included a variety of activities from a trek of
11 km over the beautiful terrain of Belihuloya
to a rowing exercise in the river. The weekend
was definitely not a holiday but was a rare opportunity
obtained by all staff to increase the team spirit
within us to focus more on our shared dream at
Clarion to be the leading provider of the widest
range of shipping related services.
